Privacy notice and terms

Your email address, your answers, the scenario you answered and the feedback on them. The answers and feedback are encrypted before they are stored, and nobody can read them without the site’s key.

We delete them 90 days after your feedback is sent. If feedback is never sent, they are deleted after 120 days.

We also keep your email address with a note of the scenario you tried, so the free allowance (each scenario once per address) works and we can tell you about changes to the site. Ask and we delete it.

Each answer is marked by an AI model, Anthropic’s Claude, reached through OpenRouter. Requests go only to model hosts that keep nothing once the marking is done, and are never used to train models.

Feedback is sent to you automatically once it is marked.

Emails are sent through Resend. We don’t sell or share your answers or your address with anyone else.

If you sign up for a question a day, we keep your email address, your exam date and how you chose to get the questions: your WhatsApp number or Telegram username if you gave one, and your replies so they can be marked. We use them only to send the questions and mark your replies, and stop when you reply STOP. Ask and we delete them.

We count page views and steps such as starting a scenario, with the website that sent you here. These counts never include your answers, use no cookies and don’t identify you.

We also record how pages are used (where people click and scroll, and what the page shows) with PostHog, in the EU, to find the parts that confuse people. Anything you type is hidden in these recordings, pages with your saved details or documents aren’t recorded, and recording uses no cookies. Recordings are deleted within 90 days.

Marked Mock is for practice only. It marks our own practice scenarios and never writes or improves an answer. Don’t use it during a live assessment: getting help from anyone or anything during the real exam is malpractice, and NEBOSH can void your paper and ban you. While a GNC1 or GIC1 sitting is open, no practice feedback is sent until it closes.
